Scope of Work

Our comprehensive scope of work ensures a smooth and professional installation process. The entire project will be completed within 2 months from the date of order confirmation.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the agreement between Anodes Incorporate and the Customer for the installation of the solar power system:

1. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment along with purchase order
  • 40% payment upon delivery of materials at site
  • 10% payment upon commissioning and handover
  • All payments to be made via cheque/NEFT/RTGS in favor of "Anodes Incorporate"
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations

2. Project Timeline

  • The project will be completed within 2 months from the date of advance payment and site clearance
  • Timeline is subject to weather conditions and availability of grid approval
  • Any delay due to factors beyond our control (force majeure, regulatory approvals, etc.) will extend the timeline accordingly

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about electrical consumption and site conditions
  • Ensure structural suitability of the installation area
  • Provide necessary access to the installation site
  • Obtain required permissions from society/building management
  • Provide existing electrical single line diagram if available

4. Warranty & Service

  • Component warranties as specified in the Bill of Materials section
  • Workmanship warranty of 5 years on installation
  • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) available at additional cost after warranty period
  • Response time for service requests: 48 hours

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before material procurement: 90% of advance refundable
  • Cancellation after material procurement: 50% of advance refundable
  • Cancellation after installation begins: No refund applicable
  • Any custom/special ordered materials will be charged in full

6. Limitations & Exclusions

  • Generation estimates are based on typical solar irradiation data and may vary
  • System performance is subject to weather conditions and grid availability
  • Anodes Incorporate is not responsible for grid outages or utility policy changes
  • Additional work beyond the scope will be charged separately
